… did I think I’d be able to combine my love of my hometown with my love of whisky.
So when Contagious asked me to write the positioning copy and help develop the tone of voice for One Point Six English Whisky, made in Manchester, I was blown away.
Why One Point Six? Named after the celebrated Golden Ratio which, it’s said, is the secret behind many of the world’s most aesthetically satisfying artistic and architectural compositions, One Point Six English Whisky is quite simply as good as it gets. As close to perfection as humanly possible.
When down south for a long-overdue catch-up with family over the summer, I took the opportunity to visit The Spirit of Manchester Distillery where One Point Six is made.
